I work with couples and individuals using EFT and an attachment-based framework, based on current neuroscience research involving mindfulness and attachment. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist with the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). Additionally, I teach in the Human Development Department at Montana State University. I have also worked as a wilderness therapist for Three Rivers Montana, where I helped develop their clinical program and parent workshop, and I have worked with children, teens and their families through the Comprehensive School and Community Treatment program.

I have been in private practice since 2002, helping couples navigate their relationship. I have specialized training in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, foster care and adoption, and relationship issues. I strive to help couples get unstuck and get more connected with themselves, and with their partner.
