Montana EFT is committed to your satisfaction and we understand that there may be times when a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to be fair and easy to navigate.

Return Period

Standard Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us at hello@montaneft.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned item(s).
Ship the Item Back: Return the item(s) in their original packaging, including any tags or labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Conditions

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized items, downloadable products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or incorrect orders.

Defective Items or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to qualify for a free return or exchange.
