Our Mission
Our mission is to support mental health professionals to learn and master Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), incorporate EFT principles into state-wide mental health and mental-health-related systems, and make EFT services accessible to the general public.
Being the “best you can be” is really only possible when you are deeply connected to another.
— Dr. Sue Johnson, Founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy
